Frances visited the Carnac stone in Brittany, France, creating her painting in the shadow stones, she was inspired to write the following words to accompany it.
 
‘Fly Free’
Freedom, freedom to move,
to fly free, to travel,
not only on foot, but in space and time.
We give you your wings,
wings that have been hidden,
wings that now unfurl,
taking you on adventures.
Use us as navigation points,
each stone will take you
to a different destination,
explore with your hands,
then your mind,
as you let the wind,
ruffle your wings,
energetic wings.
Close your eyes
as you let go
of all the perceived notions of travel
of exploration,
Let go completely
And fly free.
